What primary services do you offer?

If I want to play a game you don't have, what can you do?

We have a special option for this. If you see a game we don't have that you want to play on the Quest 2, we can order it for you for half price. We will pay the other half as it benefits us to have the game in the future. 

What are the rates of your services?

It depends how many headsets you want and for how long. Check out our Rent page for more details.

What if I decide I want to rent the headset longer once I have it?

You are able to re-rent the headset from the website so long as it is not booked by someone else. 

Will I need internet for games?

Yes, most games, but not all, will require wifi in the location you are playing. We recommend you have your wifi ready to play. 

How are your headsets cleaned? 

We consulted with a local fitness club to see their cleaning process for gym equipment. We use lens cleaner and also a hospital grade disinfectant, botanical "Decon by Benefect". "Decon by Benefect" is approved for COVID-19 by the Government of Canada.

What if I damage the headset or controllers? 

Any client will be responsible for any damages incurred during the rental. We suggest you draw a guardian boundary to ensure yours and the headsets safety.
